MEETING RULES/ REGLAS DE ENCUENTROS
1.
Be punctual. In case to be absent, phone or send the teacher a text
message within a minimum of 4 hours before the meeting./ Ser puntual.
En caso de faltar, llamar o enviar un mensaje de texto al profesor
con una antelación mínima de 4 horas.
2.
During the meetings speak in English only./ Durante los encuentros
hablar en inglés solamente.
3.
Ask for help just if you need it, but do it yourself./ Pedir ayuda si
la necesitas, pero házlo tu mismo.

Listen carefully, follow all directions and participate actively./
Escuchar cuidadosamente, seguir todas las instrucciones y participar
activamente.
5.
Work quietly and play safely. Do not disturb others or who are
working./ Trabajar tranquilamente y jugar con seguridad. No molestar
a los demás o a los que están trabajando.
6.
It is forbidden to move on the conversation to other topics including
Football, Religion or Politics./ Está prohibido derivar la
conversación a otros temas incluídos Fútbol, Religión o Política.
7.
Respect others. Be kind with your words and actions. Do not insult or
discriminate./ Respetar a los demás. Ser amable con tus palabras y
acciones. No insultar o discriminar.

Respect the place and personal property./ Respetar el lugar y la
propiedad personal.
9.
It isn't permitted to smoke or use the mobile phone during the
meetings./ No está permitido fumar o usar el móvil durante los
encuentros.
10.There
won't be meetings on national or local holidays./ No habrá
encuentros en festivos nacionales o locales.
11.
It won't be able to recuperate the meetings you won't attend, because
it isn't possible to guarantee a group or an available seat. / No
podrán recuperarse los encuentros a los que no se asista, ya que no
se puede garantizar grupo o plaza disponible.
12.
Inviting a friend to any meeting means to anticipate it to the
teacher and to pay the corresponding meeting fee./ Invitar a un amigo
a cualquier encuentro significa anticiparlo al profesor y pagar el
correspondiente encuentro.
13.
The monthly fees are paid each first meeting of month. It's possible
to begin this activity starting from day 16 paying half fee but then
it will be paid by month./ Las tarifas mensuales se pagan por
adelantado cada primer encuentro de mes. Es posible iniciar esta
actividad a partir del día 16 pagando media tarifa pero luego se
pagará por mes.
